Fishers' Prayer
Dear Christ,
You brought boats safely to shore.
You filled nets with fish.
You walked upon the water.
You stilled the stormy sea.
Now, Lord, please bless my boat,
my gear, my labour, my life.
And when the time comes
for me to sail from this world,
please bring me safely to the harbour of heaven.
AMEN
